Step 1 - Complete an ICAThe ICA is our Independent Contractor Agreement. This step begins the process of making you a Metro Trainee, regardless of experience and we'll take you through the initial training program. However, if you already have experience, then this will only serve to educate you on how we do business.

Step 2 - Get Your Adjuster LicenseIf you don't already have one, we will assist you in getting your Public Adjuster License. A study is available through Metro for you to prepare for the state exam. Most states in the continental U.S. require license, bond and CE credits. No worries, we'll walk through this part with you.

Step 3 - Promote to Next LevelAfter going through our short training program introduction and obtaining your license, you'll either be promoted to Claims Rep or Senior Claims Rep. Details on how to accomplish this will be discussed once you get started.
